בית שלוסברג (ידוע גם כבית אידלזק) תוכנן ע"י אדר’ אלכסנדר לוי ונבנה בשנת 1921 כמבנה מגורים בסגנון אקלקטי ובגובה של 3 קומות. המבנה לשימור בהגבלות מחמירות מתוקף תכנית 2575/ב וממוקם באזור החיץ של הכרזת אונסקו - אתר מורשת עולמית. המבנה מאופיין בסגנון מורי קישוטי הכולל פתחים, דלתות וחלונות בצורת "חור מפתח" וגג אבץ בעל שיפוע חריף עם חלונות קוקייה.
שימור המבנה התבצע בשנת 2019 במסגרת פרויקט בנייה הכולל תוספת בנייה מודרנית בצמוד למבנה.

The Schlossberg House (also known as the Idelzak House) was designed by Alexander Levy and built in 1921 as an Eclectic-Style residential building with three floors. The building is subject to strict preservation under Plan 2575/B and is located in the buffer zone of the UNESCO Declared World Heritage Site. The building is characterized by an ornamental Moorish style that includes "keyhole" shaped openings, doors and windows and a sharply sloping zinc roof with dormer windows. The building was preserved in 2019 as part of a construction project that includes a modern construction addition.

خطط المهندس المعماري الكسندر ليٹي بيت شلوسبرغ ( المعروف أيضا كبيت إيدلزك ) ، وبني عام ۱۹۲۱ كمبنى سكني على الطراز الأكلكتي على ارتفاع ۳ طوابق . يخضع المبني للحفظ والصيانة الصارمة بحكم برنامج ۲۵۷۵ / ب ، ويقع في المنطقة الفاصلة لإعلان اليونسكو - موقع تراث عالمي . يتميز المبنى بطراز مورسيكي فن العمارة المغاربية ، مزخرف يشمل فتحات ، ابواب ونوافذ على شكل " ثقب مفتاح " وسطحة من الزنك شديد الانحراف مع نوافذ مثلثة بارزة على السطح . تمت صيانة المبنى عام ۲۰۱۹ في إطار مشروع بناء يشمل إضافة بناء حديث بجانب المبني .
