בית שלוסברג נבנה בשנת 1923 כמבנה מגורים בסגנון אקלקטי ובגובה של שלוש קומות, אדריכל המבנה לא ידוע. המבנה לשימור מתוקף תכנית 2575/ב וממוקם באזור החיץ של הכרזת אונסקו - אתר מורשת עולמית. המבנה נבנה בסגנון האקלקטי, בעל חזית סימטרית בה משולבים סמלים יהודיים אופייניים בתומכות המרפסות של הקומה הראשונה והשנייה ואלמנטים מהבנייה המערבית הקלאסית כגון בקבוקים מסוגננים במעקה המרפסת בקומת הקרקע, שימור המבנה התבצע בשנת 2019 במסגרת פרויקט בנייה הכולל תוספת בנייה מודרנית.

The Schlossberg House was built in 1923 as an Eclectic, three-storey residential building by an unknown architect. The building is preserved under Plan 2575 / B and is located in the buffer zone of the UNESCO Declared World Heritage Site. The building was designed with a symmetrical facade that incorporates typical Jewish symbols on the supports of the balconies on the first and second floors and elements from classical Western construction, such as stylish spindle balcony railings on the ground floor. The building was preserved in 2019 as part of a construction project that includes a modern construction addition.

يتي بيت شلومبرغ عام ۱۹۲۳ كمبنى سكني على الطراز الأكلكتي وعلى ارتفاع ثلاثة طوابق . المهندس المعماري للمبنی غیر معروف . يخضع المبني للحفظ والصيانة بحكم برنامج ٢٥٧٥ / ب ، ويقع في المنطقة الفاصلة لإعلان اليونسكو - موقع تراث عالمي للمبنى واجهة متماثلة تمجت فيها رموز يهودية مميزة في دعائم شرفات الطابقين الأول والثاني ، وعناصر من البناء الغربي الكلاسيكي ، مثل اعمدة على شكل قناتي فاخرة في درابزين شرفة الطابق الأرضي . تمت صيانة المبنى عام ۲۰۱۹ في إطار مشروع بناء يشمل إضافة بناء حديث .
