בית גולדוסר תוכנן על ידי האדריכל יוסף טישלר בשנת 1925 כמבנה מגורים בסגנון האקלקטי. המבנה הוכרז לשימור מתוקף תכנית כרם התימנים ונמצא באזור החיץ של העיר הלבנה, שהוכרזה ב- 2003 על ידי אונסקו כאתר מורשת עולמי. תוכנן כמבנה דו קומתי עם גוש מרכזי בולט ומרפסות זיזיות משני צידי הגוש. מהווה חלק מסדרה של מבנים דומים שתוכננו על ידי טישלר בשנות העשרים.
במסגרת עבודות השימור וההרחבה נוספו למבנה 3 קומות תוך שמירה על התוואי המקורי של חדר המדרגות.

The building was designed by architect Joseph Tischler in 1925 as an Eclectic-style residential building. Listed as a conservation site under the "Yemenite Vineyard Plan", it is located in the buffer zone of the White City, which was declared by UNESCO a World Heritage Site in 2003. The two-storey structure features a prominent central block and cantilevered balconies on its both sides. It is part of a series of similar structures designed by Tischler in the 1920s. As part of the conservation work, three floors were added, while maintaining the original footprint of the stairwell.
