הבית נבנה עבור משפחת רבניצקי בשנת 1929, בסגנון אר-דקו ושימש למגורים. יהושע חנא רבניצקי היה איש תרבות רוח וחסד, סופר, עורך ספרותי ואיש הוצאה לאור. המבנה תוכנן על ידי חברו, האדריכל יוסף ברלין ונבנה כוילה עירונית שנשתמרה בלב העיר. השימוש בלבני סיליקט חשופות כחומר פיסולי טיפוסי לסגנון הייחודי לברלין וניכר בחזיתות הבית לרחוב. המבנה לשימור מתוקף תכנית 2575 ב’ וממוקם באזור הכרזת אונסק"ו על העיר הלבנה כאתר מורשת תרבות עולמית.

This house was built in 1929 as residence for the Ravnitzky family, in Art Deco style. Yehoshua Hana Ravnitzky, a famous writer, literary editor and publisher, was known to be a kind, cultured and spiritual man. The building was designed by his friend, the architect Joseph Berlin, as an urban villa in the heart of Tel Aviv. The use of exposed silicate bricks as a sculptural material is typical of Berlin’s unique style and is evident on the façades of the house facing the streets. The building is protected by virtue of Plan 2575B, and is located in the area of the White City listed as a World Cultural Heritage site by UNESCO.

بني البيت من أجل عائلة رقيتكي عام ١٩٢٩ ، على طراز الفن الزخرفي - آرت ديكو واستُخدم للسكن . كان يهوشوع حنارقنيتسكي رجل ثقافة وفكر وإحسان . كاتب ، محرر ادبي وناشر . خطط صديقه المهندس المعماري يوسف برلين هذا المبنى وبني على شكل فيلا حضرية في قلب المدينة . استخدام طوب السيليكات المكشوف كمادة للتشكيل هو نموذجي للطراز المميز لبرلين وملحوظ في واجهات البيت باتجاه الشارع . أعلن عن المبنى للصيانة بحكم برنامج الحفاظ على المباني ٢٥٧٥ ب ويقع في منطقة إعلان اليونسكو عن المدينة البيضاء كموقع تراث ثقافي عالمي
