The sign is on the wall of the house where Yehoshua Hana Ravnitzky lived - writer, journalist and editor, born in Odessa, Ukraine (1859-1944), immigrated to Israel in 1921. Many years before immigrating to the Land of Israel, he was engaged in writing and editing. He edited the literary magazine "Hapardes", and founded the Moriah book publishing house (which became "Dvir" publishing house). He collaborated with his friend, the poet Haim Nachman Bialik, and together they published the "Book of Legend".
