מזא"ה 13 | م زأه ١٣ | Mazeh 13

תוכנן בשנת 1934 על ידי אדריכל יעקב בן סירה (שיפמן) כמבנה ראשון של מגן דויד אדום, הבנוי בגובה של 2 קומות, בסגנון הבינלאומי. המבנה לשימור בי מתוקף תכנית 2309, מתחם רוקח, וממוקם באזור ההכרזה של אונסק"ו.
מבנה רב גושי בעל הדגשות אופקיות המתקבלות מאלמנטים פונקציונאליים של מרפסות וגגונים במישורים שונים. אזור הכניסה וחלון הטרמומטר מהווים קו תפר אנכי בין חלקי הבניין. בקומת הקרקע כניסת אמבולנסים ברמפה המחופה על ידי גגון רחב עם פתחי אור ואוורור בתקרתו. המבנה בעל ערכים אדריכליים, היסטוריים וחברתיים גבוהים.
שימורו, תוספת צמודה והשמשתו נעשו ב-2015 לטובת הרחבת בית הספר בלפור, הסמוך במתחם רוקח, על ידי אדר’ יואב מסר.

Designed in 1934 by architect Yaakov Ben Sira (Schiffman) as the first Magen David Adom building, it was built as a two-story structure in the international style. The building was listed for preservation in the 2309 B Rokach area conservation plan, and it is located in the UNESCO declared area.
A multi winged building whose functional elements such as balconies and awnings on different levels offer the building horizontal emphases. The entrance area and thermometer window create a vertical seam between the parts of the building. On the ground floor, the ambulance ramp is covered by a wide awning with holes in the ceiling that provide light and ventilation. The building has high architectural, historical, and social value.
The building’s renovation and its extension and adaptation were carried out in 2015 for the expansion of the Balfour school, near the Rokach area, by architect Yoav Messer.

خطط المهندس المعماري يعقوب بن سيرا ( شیفمان ) هذا البيت عام ١٩٣٥ كأول مبنى لنجمة داود الحمراء ، حيث يعلو على ارتفاع طابقين ، على الطراز الدولي أعلن عن المبنى للصيانة والحفاظ عليه بدرجة " ب " بحكم برنامج ۲۳۰۹ ، منطقة روكح ، ويقع في منطقة الإعلان من قبل البرنستو . مبنى متعدد الكتل مع تركيز أفقي ينتج عن عناصر تركيبية من الشرفات والأسطح على مستويات مختلفة . منطقة المدخل والنافذة حافظة الحرارة تشكلان خط وصل عاموديا بين أجزاء المبنى . يوجد في الطابق الأرضي مدخل لسيارات الاسعاف ذو متحدر مسقوف بسقف واسع ذي فتحات للضوء والتهوية في أعلاه . هناك قيمة هندسية ، تاريخية واجتماعية عالية للمبنى .
جرت صيانة المبنى وإضافة قسم ملاصق له وتفعيله عام ٢٠١٥ من أجل توسيع مدرسة بلفور المجاورة في منطقة روكح ، من قبل المهندس المعماري يواف ميسر .
