בית דוד וחוה רזניק תוכנן על ידי אדריכל דב הרשקוביץ בשנת 1934. המבנה לשימור מתוקף תכנית לב העיר, ממוקם באזור ההכרה של אונסק"ו "העיר הלבנה". מבנה סימטרי וקלאסי בעל חשיבות מאופיין בקווים פשוטים וישרים, מרפסות זיזיות בולטות עם מעקה בנוי ומשחק של טקסטורות בטיח באגף המרכזי.
בשנת 1998 המבנה עבר תהליך של שימור ותוספת קומות ע"י אדריכל בני מולכו. בשנת 2022 המבנה שומר ושופץ ע"י שגב סוקולצקי אדריכלים ביוזמת דיירי הבניין.

The house of David and Hava Reznik was designed by architect Dov Hershkovitz in 1934 and is located within the Heart of the City plan in the UNESCO’s "White City" declaration zone. This important symmetrical and classic structure, is characterized by simple lines and straight, protruding cantilevered balconies with built-in railings and contrasts of plaster textures in the main wing. In 1998 the building underwent a process of preservation and the addition of floors by Architect Benny Molcho. During 2022, the building will be preserved and renovated by Segev Sokolecki Architects, at the initiative of the building’s occupants.

خطط المهندس المعماري دوف هرشكوفيتس بيت دافيد وحاقا رزنيك عام ١٩٣٤. صيانة المبنى والحفاظ عليه بحكم برنامج قلب المدينة، يقع في منطقة إعلان اليونسكو عن "المدينة البيضاء". المبنى متماثل وكلاسيكي ذو أهمية، ويتميز بخطوط بسيطة ومستقيمة، شرفات مطلقة بارزة ذات حاجز درابزين مبني، والتلاعب بملمس القصارة في القسم المركزي. عام ١٩٩٨ مر المبنى عملية صيانة وإضافة طوابق من قبل المهندس المعماري بيني مولخو. تمت صيانة المبنى والحفاظ عليه عام ٢٠٢٢ من قبل سیچیف سوكولتسكي مهندسون مصاريون بمبادرة سكان العمارة.
