בית יהושוע גורדונצ’יק תוכנן על ידי האדריכל ויקטור ג’חון ונבנה בשנת 1922 כמבנה מגורים דו קומתי, בעל גג רעפים בסגנון אקלקטי מאופק. המבנה לשימור מתוקף תכנית "כרם התימנים" וממוקם באזור החיץ של "העיר הלבנה" שהוכרזה ע"י אונסק"ו כאתר מורשת.
גורדונצ’יק היה מראשוני שכונת נווה צדק ומראשוני הנגרים העבריים ביפו ותל אביב. במבנה פרטים וחומרים האופיינים לסגנון האקלקטי המקומי כדוגמת חלונות תריסים, קרניזים ומעקות מרפסת.
המבנה שוקם ושומר בשנת 2020 על ידי על ידי בעלי הנכס בניהול קרינסקי שירן השקעות חכמות בנדל"ן על פי תכנונו של משרד גל פלג אדריכלים ובביצוע ירום אור בע"מ.

The Joshua Gordonchik House was designed by architect Victor Jachun and built in 1922 as a two-story residential building with a restrained Eclectic-Style tiled roof. The conserved building is under the "Yemeni Vineyard" plan and is located in the buffer zone of the White City, declared as a heritage site by UNESCO in 2003. Gordonchik was one of the founders of the Neve Tzedek neighborhood and among the first Hebrew carpenters in Jaffa and Tel Aviv. The building detail in windows, blinds, cornices and porch railings is characteristic of the Eclectic Style of the period.
The building was rebuilt and maintained in 2020 by property owners under the management of Krinski Shiran and according to the design of GalPeleg Architects and execution by Yerum Or Ltd.

خطط المهندس المعماري فيكتور جحون بيت يهشواع غوردونشيك وبني عام ۱۹۲۲ كمبنى سكني مكون من طابقين ، سطحه من القرميد على الطراز الأكلكتي المحافظة تتم صيانة المبني والحفاظ عليه بحكم برنامج " كرم هتيمنيم " ويقع في المنطقة الفاصلة للمدينة البيضاء التي أعلن عنها اليونسكو كموقع تراث عالمي . كان غوردونشيك من أوائل في نفيه تسيدك ومن أوائل النجارين العبرانيين في يافا وتل ابیب ، توجد في المبنى تفاصيل ومواد مميزة للطراز الأكلكتي المحلي ، مثل : نوافذ ، أباجورات ، افاريز وحواجز درابزينات للشرفات .
تم ترميم المبنى وصيانته عام ۲۰۲۰ من قبل اصحاب العقار بإدارة كرينسكي شيران للاستثمار الحكيم بالعقارات ، ووفقا لتخطيط مکتب چال ہیلج مهندسون ماريون وبتنفيذ بروم اور مض .
