The sign is on the wall of the house where Avner Chiskiyahu lived - theater and film actor, born in Kazanlak, Bulgaria (1926-1994), immigrated to Israel in 1949.
He played in the Cameri Theater until his last days. He also appeared in dozens of films, together with Yossi Banai and Nissim Aloni founded the HaOnot Theater.

The sign was placed in 2010.
