הבניין ברחוב יהודה הלוי 123 נבנה כבית מגורים בסגנון הבינלאומי בין השנים 1935-1937 בתכנונם של האדריכלים זברודסקי ובלקס. הבניין הוגדר לשימור מתוקף תכנית לב העיר, ונימצא בתוך תחום אזור "העיר הלבנה", אזור ההכרזה של אונסק"ו כאתר מורשת תרבות עולמית. הבניין בעל איכות אדריכלית גבוהה והקפדה בתכנון הפרטים האדריכליים, תוך שימוש בחומרי גמר מגוונים והתייחסות לרווחת הדיירים. במהלך השנים המבנה שמר על צורתו ויעודו.

Constructed as a residential building in the International Style between years 1935-1937, it was designed by the architects Zabrodsky and Blaks. The building was designated for preservation under the Lev Ha’ir plan for the UNESCO World Heritage Site located within the "White City" area. The building is of high architectural value, meticulous in detail, using a variety of finishing materials and with great care for the welfare of the tenants. Over the years, the structure has preserved its shape and purpose.

ابني الميني في شارع ايهودا هليفي ١٢٣ كبيت مكني على الطراز الدولي بين الأعوام ١٩٣٥-١٩٣٧ حيث خططه المهنين المعماريان زيروكي ويلك اعطن عن المبنى للصيقة بحكم برنامج قلب المدينة ، ويقع داخل حدود منطقة " المدينة البيضاء " ، وهي المنطقة التي أعلنت عنها منظمة اليونسكو موقع تراث علمي يتميز المبنى بجودة معمارية عالية ، التركيز على تخطيط التفاصيل الهندسية مع استعمال مواد تشطيب منوعة والاهتمام برفاهية السكن حفظ المبني على شعله وهفه على مر السنين
