Born in Warsaw, Poland (1907-1980), immigrated to Israel in 1925. In 1939 you transferred his last name to Boneh. Studied at the Technion in Haifa, Israel. Was a partner in the architect Mordechai Zabrodsky, and through their office Zabrodsky and Blaks designed many houses in Tel Aviv.
