Born in Tokmak, Ukraine (1903-1977), immigrated to Israel in 1925. Studied architecture at the Technion in Haifa, Israel. He was a partner of the architect Isaac Blaks, and through their office Zabrodsky and Blaks designed many houses in Tel Aviv. Later he was the chief architect of the union of Kvutzot and kibbutzim and in this framework he designed many public buildings in the various kibbutzim.
