המבנה ברחוב נחלת בנימין 23 תוכנן ע"י אדר’ משה לוברניצקי ונבנה בשנת 1924 ע"י שלוסברג כמבנה מגורים בן 2 קומות בסגנון אקלקטי. הבניין לשימור מתוקף תוכנית השימור העירונית וממוקם באזור החיץ של הכרזת אונסק"ו: "העיר הלבנה". המבנה הוא בעל ערך היסטורי ברצף האורבאני של הרחוב ובעל ערך אדריכלי עיצובי המציג תכנון סימטרי של חזית אקלקטית. בחזית הראשית נוצר מתח עדין כתוצאה מהקונטרסט בין העמודים הורטיקליים והרחבים בקומת הקרקע המחלקים את החזית לשלושה לבין המרפסות הזיזיות האופקיות עם מעקות הברזל בקומה הראשונה. קומת הקרקע המסחרית עברה שינויים במהלך השנים ולא נשמרו בה פרטים מקוריים, בקומת המגורים השתמרו פרטי המסגרות, העץ והריצוף המקוריים.
המבנה שוקם ושומר בשנת 2024 בתכנון האדריכל יניב פרדו.

The building at 23 Nahalat Binyamin St. was designed by Architect Moshe Lubarnitsky and built in 1924 by Schlossberg as a 2-storey residential building in the Eclectic Style. The building, located in the UNESCO "White City" buffer zone, is for preservation by virtue of the municipal preservation plan. The building is of historical value in the urban sequence of the street and of architectural design value, as it represents a symmetrical planning of an eclectic facade. In the main façade, a subtle tension is created as a result of the contrast between the vertical and wide columns on the ground floor that divide the facade into three, and the horizontal sliding balconies with iron railings on the first floor. The commercial ground floor has undergone changes over the years and original details have not been preserved. On the residential floor the details of the original frames, wood and flooring have been preserved. The building was restored and preserved in 2024, designed by the architect Yaniv Pardo.

خطط المهندس المعماري موشيه لوبرنيتسكي المبنى في شارع نحلات بنيامين ۲۳ وبني عام ۱۹۲٤ من قبل شلوسبرغ كمبنى سكني مكون من طابقين على الطراز الأكلكتي تتم صيانة المبنى والحفاظ عليه بحكم برنامج صيانة المباني البلدي ويقع في المنطقة الفاصلة التي أعلن عنها اليونسكو: "المدينة البيضاء". المبنى ذو أهمية تاريخية في التسلسل الحضري للشارع وله قيمة هندسية في تصميمة الذي يعرض تخطيطاً متماثلاً لواجهة بشكل أكلكتي. يوجد عدم توافق في الواجهة الرئيسية نتيجة التناقض بين الأعمدة العامودية والواسعة في الطابق الأرضي والتي تقسم الواجهة إلى ثلاثة أقسام وبين الشرفات الأفقية البارزة ذات حواجز الدرابزين الحديدية في الطابق الأول أجريت تغييرات على الطابق التجاري الأرضي على مر السنين ولم يتم الحفاظ على المكونات الأصلية له، بينما في طوابق السكن تم الحفاظ على تفاصيل الأطر والخشب والأرضية الأصلية. تم ترميم المبنى وصيانته عام ۲۰۲٤ بتخطيط المهندس المعماري ينيف پاردو.
