נחלת בנימין 25 | انحلات بنيامين ٢٥ | Nahalat Binyamin 25

בית צ’רנוב תוכנן על-ידי אדריכל לא ידוע ונבנה בין השנים 1910-1918, כמבנה מגורים בסגנון אקלקטי. המבנה לשימור מתוקף תכנית השימור, 2650 ב’, וממוקם באזור החיץ של מתחם הכרזת אונסק"ו - "העיר הלבנה". חזית המבנה מאופיינת ע"י מישורים שקועים וחלונות גבוהים ומקושטת ע"י תבליטים, קרניזים ומעקות מפורזלים.
המבנה שוקם ושומר בשנת 2018 ע"י חברת "אפרת אינווסט" בתכנון האדריכל יניב פרדו ובביצוע חברת "היוצרים".

The Czernow house was designed by an unknown architect and built between 1910-1918, as a residential building in an Eclectic Style. The façade of the building is characterized by high sunken windows decorated with reliefs, cornices and iron railings. The building is protected by virtue of the preservation plan, 2650 B, and is located in the UNESCO declaration "White City" buffer zone.
The building was restored and preserved in 2018 by Efrat Invest with planning by architect Yaniv Pardo and execution by the "Hayotzrim" company.

خطط مهندس معماري غير معروف بيت تشرنوف ويني خلال الأعوام ۱۹۱۸-۱۹۱۰ ، كمبنى سكني على الطراز الأكلكتي أعلن عن المبنى للصيقة بحكم برنامج صيانة المباني والحفاظ عليها ۲۹٥۰ ب ، ويقع في المنطقة الفاصلة من منطقة إعلان اليونسكو : " المدينة البيضاء " . تتميز واجهة المبنى بالمسطحات الغارقة والنوافذ العالية والمزخرفة بنقش بارز وأفاريز وحواجز درابزين مصنوعة من الحديد .
تمت صيانة المبنى والحفاظ عليه علم ۲۰۱۸ من قبل شركة " إفرات إنويست " حيث خططه المهندس المعماري ينيف پرتو ونفنته شركة " هيوتريم " .
