The sign is above the entrance to the house where the "guru" of manners Hana Bavly (1901-1993) lived
Born in Saint Petersburg, Russia, immigrated to Israel in 1918.
Although she played the violin, her publicity stemmed from a column on manners she wrote in the newspapers "Haaretz" and "Maariv" as well as a radio column on this topic.

In the same house lived Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais, who, like Bavly, won a plaque even though he was not an artist
