The sign is located in the historic KKL-JNF building in Tel Aviv, a place where the Museum of the People’s Council and its administration is located today.
The meetings of the People’s Council and the People’s Administration were held in the House of the National Fund for Israel, bodies that were established about a month before the establishment of the State of Israel, and actually constituted the first Knesset. In a vote in this place, the decision was made to establish the State of Israel immediately upon the end of the British mandate
The building was designed by architect: Benjamin Anekstein
The building was photographed on the same day

And it is probably written on it
