שיכון וותיקים
החל להיבנות בשנת 1963 עבור וותיקי הקיבוץ שהיו אז בני ב–35: לראשונה הייתה לכל משפחה דירה של ממש, שכללה חדר שינה, סלון, מטבחון ושירותים עם מים חמים. המעבר סימן את שקיעתה של המקלחת הציבורית אליה הלכו צעירים, ובני גרעינים. בשנות ה-70 הוכנסו למטבחון קומקום, פלטה חשמלית ומקרר "קורעוז", שקיבלו החברים בהדרגה לפי ותק.

THE "OLD-TIMERS" NEIGBORHOOD - SHIKKUN VATIKIM
This neighborhood was built in 1963 for the "older" members who were then about 35 years old. These were the first fully-equipped family homes with hot water. Only in the 1970’s was a fridge added to the kitchenette.
