הבית ברח’ יהודה הלוי 6, והבית התאום לו במספר 8 נבנו ע"י יוסף קודריאנסקי ותוכננו ע"י האדריכלים הירושלמים אליעזר ילין והקר וילהלם בשנת 1921 בסגנון האקלקטי, בסמוך לגרעין ההיסטורי של העיר. המבנים בלטו בנפחם הגדול על רקע מרחבי החולות והבניה הנמוכה של אחוזת בית. החזית הדרומית של המבנים נישאה מעל לתוואי מסילת הרכבת יפו-ירושלים. בזיכרון התל אביבי. המבנה זכור כבית דין שבחזיתו מוצבים דוכני כתבנים עם מכונות כתיבה. המבנה הוכרז לשימור מתוקף תוכנית השימור וממוקם באזור ההכרזה כאתר מורשת תרבות עולמית על ידי אונסק"ו.
המבנה שומר בשנת 2008 ע"י משרד אמנון בר אור אדריכלים.

The house at 6 Yehuda Halevi St., and its twin at number 8, near the historic core of the city, were built by Yosef Kodriansky and designed in the Eclectic Style by the Jerusalem architects Eliezer Yellin and Wilhelm Hecker in 1921. The buildings stood out in their large volume against the background of the sandy spaces and the low construction as a mansion. The southern façade of the buildings was above the route of the Jaffa-Jerusalem railway. In the memory of a Tel Aviv resident, the building was the courthouse, in front of which were numerous stalls occupied by scribes with typewriters offering documentation services. The building has been declared for preservation under the conservation plan and is located in the area declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
The building was preserved in 2008 by Amnon Bar Or Architects.

بنی یوسف كودريانسكي البيت في شارع يهودا هليفي 6 والبيت المطابق له في رقم ٨، وخططهما المهندسون المعماريون المقدسيون اليعيزر يلين وهكر ويلهلم عام ١٩٢١ على الطراز الأكلكتي، بجوار النواة التاريخية للمدينة. برز المبنيان بحجمهما الكبير على خلفية مساحات الرمال والبناء المنخفض في أحوزات بیت. ترتفع الواجهة الجنوبية للمبنيين فوق مسار سكة الحديد يافا - القدس، في ذاكرة تل أبيب، يذكر المبني على أنه محكمة في واجهتها أكشاك للكلية مع آلات كاتبة. أعلن عن المبنى للصيانة والحفاظ عليه بحكم برنامج صيانة المباقي ويقع في منطقة الإعلان عن موقع تراث عالمي من قبل اليونسكو.
تمت صيانة المبنى عام ٢٠٠٨ من قبل مكتب أمنون بار أور مهندسون مصاريون.
