יחד שבטי ישראל - הספריה
לאחר הקמת המדינה, בראשית שנות החמישים 1950, הגיעו לכפר הרא"ה 12 משפחות עולים חדשים - ניצולי שואה - רובם בעלי מלאכה.
הם שוכנו ב-6 צריפי-עץ דו משפחתיים שכונו בכפר ’שבטי ישראל’, בהתייחס למספר המשפחות ששוכנו בהם, ותוך מתן איזכור לערבות ההדדית לבני עמנו.
ביניהם היו גם הזוג מרדכי ומרים לנגרמן.
שניהם "אוד מוצל מאש" שאיבדו את בני משפחותיהם בשואה.
מרדכי עבד כפחח וגם במחסן אספקה.
שניהם הלכו לעולמם ללא צאצאים או קרובי משפחה.
בצוואתם תרמו לכפרנו את ביתם. הבית שימש את המועצה הדתית כפר הרא"ה - עמק חפר בימיה הראשונים, ולאחר מכן הוסב לספריית-הכפר, הספרייה מנציחה במיקומה וביעודה את משפחת לנגרמן.
ספרייה ראשונה בכפר הוקמה בשנת תרצ"ו 1936 ע"י יוסף שיקלר, ובה קובצו ספרי עיון, ספרים שעסקן בציונות וארכיון עיתונים מאותה תקופה.
משנת תש"ח 1948 ניהל צבי וינברג את הספריה והרחיבה, וכיום מתנהלת הספריה בהתנדבות ע"י נשות הכפר.

The sign is one of a series of signs marking the early days of Kfar Haroeh.

Together the tribes of Israel - the library
After the establishment of the state, in the early 1950s, 12 families of new immigrants - Holocaust survivors - most of them artisans, arrived in Kfar Haroeh.
They were housed in 6 two-family wooden shacks that were named in the village ’Shivtai Yisrael’, referring to the number of families housed in them, and while mentioning the mutual guarantee to our people.
Among them were the couple Mordechai and Miriam Langerman.
Both of them were "overshadowed by fire" who lost their family members in the Holocaust.
Mordechai worked as a tinsmith and also in a supply warehouse.
Both died without descendants or relatives.
In their will they donated their house to our village. The house was used by the religious council Kfar Haroeh - Emek Hefer in its early days, and was later converted into the village library, the library commemorates the Langerman family in its location and purpose.
The first library in the village was established in 1936 by Yosef Shikler, and it collected reference books, books dealing with Zionism and newspaper archives from that period.
From 1948, Zvi Weinberg managed the library and the extension, and today the library is run voluntarily by the women of the village.
