The pedestrian bridge, which crosses Ayalon lanes and connects Sderot Yehudit with the neighborhoods east of Ayalon Road, was initially called "Gesher Yehudit" after Sderot Yehudit (named after Yehudit Montefiore, the wife of Moshe Montefiore). In 2022, it was officially named: Yitzhak Navon Bridge after the fifth President of the State of Israel.
