The sign is on the wall of the house where Eliyahu Sigad lived - painter, born in Panevėžys, Lithuania (1901-1975), immigrated to Israel in 1925.
After immigrating to Israel, he went to Paris to study for 3 years (1929-1932).
Won the Dizengoff Prize for the art of painting and sculpture (1945).
In addition to his work as an artist, he served as a member of the board of the Association of Painters and Sculptors, and also taught painting in schools.
