The sign is on the wall of the house where they lived:
Moshe Halevi (Gurevich) - theater director, born in Mstsislaw, Belarus (1895-1974), immigrated to Israel in the early 1920s.
He was one of the founders of the "Habima" theater in Moscow, in Israel he founded the "HaOhel" theater, and also directed a play at the "Habima" theater.
He was initially married to Hana Rubina Click for sign's details, and then to Leah Deganit

Leah Deganit - theater actress, painter, born in Brest, Belarus (1907-1985), immigrated to Israel in 1924.
She was added to the "HaOhel" theater when it was founded by the man who later became her husband (Moshe Halevi), and played in it until its closure.
Deganit was also a painter, and a singer.

The house where the couple lived was part of the workers’ dormitories, buildings built at the initiative of the Histadrut, built in the international style and inhabited by Histadrut activists and artists
