Abie Nathan the "Peace Pilot", a pilot and restaurateur, began his "peace journey" on a flight on his private plane to Egypt when it was at war with the State of Israel in order to bring peace (1966). A year later, he flew to Egypt again for the same purpose. His "Journey of Peace" continued with the operation of a pirate broadcast ship "Voice of Peace" off the coast of Tel Aviv.

The sign is on the Tel Aviv beach promenade, opposite the place where the ship docked
