הבית ברח’ הירקון נבנה בשנת 1939 על ידי האדריכלים גולדנברג-פינאקר. המבנה, שתוכנן כבית מגורים בסגנון הבינלאומי, מורכב משני נפחים בצורת "L" המונחים בהסטה זה כלפי זה ליצירת הפרדה מפלסית מדורגת בין דירות המבנה עם חדר מדרגות משותף בתווך. קומות המגורים הוגבהו ממפלס הרחוב באמצעות עמודים, כך שלכל דירה נוף אל הים, ובקומת העמודים מוקמו מבואת כניסה וגינה. המבנה מחופה בטיח אמנותי בדוגמת אבן (שטיינפוץ) בתוספת נציץ (מיקה) המבהיק בשמש. כחלק מעבודות השיקום נוספו על הגג קומה וקרניז היקפי. הבית, הנמצא באזור החיץ של הכרזת העיר הלבנה על ידי אונסק"ו, הוא מבנה לשימור מתוקף תכנית השימור 2650 ב’. שימור ותוספת בנייה: 2013, טל איל אדריכלות.

The house at 134 Hayarkon Street was built in 1939. It was designed by architects Goldenberg-Pinnaker as a residential home in the International Style. The building is made up of two L-shaped volumes offset from one another to create a split-level between apartments, with a common stairwell in between. The residential floors were elevated above street level on pilotis, resulting in a ground floor with a lobby and a garden, and sea view in each apartment. The building is coated with decorative stone-like plaster (Steinputz), incorporated with mica which glitters in the sun. A rooftop apartment and a cornice-canopy were added as part of the restoration. The building, located in the buffer zone of the White City as declared by UNESCO, was listed for conservation as part of the 2650B Conservation Plan.

م وني المهندسون المصريون جولدنبرج - بينكر البيت في شارع اليركون ۱۳4 علم ۱۹۳۹ كبيت سكني على الطراز الدولي تكون المبنى من تزن ان على شكل ارضها بعين الواحد تجاه الأخر لتشكيل فصل مدرج للمسطحات بين الشقق التي في المبنى مع غرفة برج مشتركة سترا ت ط ا السكن عن الشر بواسطة أعدت بحيث تطل كل شفة على البحر ، ووضعت في طابق الأعمدة قاعة المخل والحديقة . استخدمت في المبنى قصارة فتية على الكل حمر ( شتاشون ) مدح مكة ميكا ( لامعة ) تتلألأ تحت أشعة الشمس في الظهيرة . اضيف على السطح طابق وإطار كورنيش يحيط به ، تم من اعمال الترميم أعلن عن العين للحفاظ عليه بحكم برنامج ترميم وحفظ المباني ۲۹۵۰ ب ، وهو موجود في المنطقة الفاصلة لإعلان المدينة البيضاء من كل اليونسكو الطظ على المهني والإضافة عليه : طال - إيال للهندسة المعمارية ، ۲۰۱۳ .
