המבנה ברחוב רופין 27 פינת הכרם 7 נבנה בשנת 1935 על ידי מר מנשה עזורי ברוך ועזרא יוסף חורי, המבנה שתוכנן בסגנון הבינלאומי המאוחר וכולל קומת עמודים חלקית, כניסה מרשימה הכוללת מבואה וחדר מדרגות מעוצבים בפרטי נגרות וחיפוי שיש, תוכנן על ידי האדריכלים אברהם ברגר ויצחק מנדלבוים. פרטי המבנה כוללים גם מרפסות בחזיתות המבנה, שימוש בטיח קרצפוץ מהודר וחלונות עץ עגולים, גדרות ופרטי מסגרות מעודנים וגן היקפי הכולל פרטי צמחייה ותיקה.

The building at 27 Rupin Street, on the corner of Kerem 7 , was built in 1935 by Menashe Azouri Baruch and Ezra Yosef Khoury. It is designed in the late International Style and features a partial pillar floor, an impressive entrance which includes a foyer and staircase decorated with carpentry details, and marble cladding, designed by architects Abraham Berger and Yitzhak Mandelbaum. The details of the building also include balconies on the facades, the use of fancy scratched plaster and round wood windows, fences and exquisite frame details. There is also a perimeter garden which includes remnants of old vegetation.

بني السيد منشيه عزوري باروخ وعزره يوسف خوري القبني في شارع روبین ۲۷ زاوية هكيريم ۷ عام ١٩٣٥. قام المهندسان المعماريان أبراهام برغر ويتسحاق مندلبويم بنخطيط المبنى على الطراز الدولي المتأخر حيث يشمل طابقا جزئيا من الأعمدة ومدخلاً مثيراً فيه فناء وغرفة درج مزخرفان بتفاصيل خشبية وكساء من الرخام . تشمل تفانشيل المبنى أيضا شرفات في واجهات المبنى ، استخدام الجص المقشر الأنيق ونوافذ خشبية دائرية ، الأسوار وتفاصيل أطر متقنة وحديقة محيطة تشمل منوعات نباتات قديمة .
