בית דינה שושנה גולדברג תוכנן על ידי האדריכל פינחס היט ונבנה בשנת 1929 בסגנון אדריכלות האר-דקו ובהשפעה של סגנון אדריכלות התנועה המודרנית - הבינ"ל.
המבנה לשימור מיוחד מתוקף תכנית שימור 2650ב’ וממוקם באזור ההכרזה של אונסק"ו, אזור כיכר ביאליק. המבנה נבנה בגובה של 2 קומות למטרת מגורים ומתאפיין בגושי בניין א-סימטריים, בפרופורציות אנכיות של החלונות ובמעקות ברזל בעיצוב האר-דקו.
המבנה שוקם בשנת 2013 על ידי חברת עזרה ובצרון, בהנחיית מחלקת שימור עת"א ובתכנון צ.שגב-ד.סוקולצקי אדריכלים.

Dina Shoshana Goldberg House was designed by architect Pinhas Heat and was built in 1929 in the Art Deco architectural style. It was influenced by the modern architectural movement’s International style. The structure was listed for special conservation under conservation plan 2650b and is located in the zone declared by UNESCO, the area of Bialik Square. The building was built as two stories for residential purposes and features asymmetrical building blocks with vertical proportions of windows and iron railings in the Art Deco style. The building was restored in 2013 by the company Ezra & Bitzaron, under the guidance of the Tel Aviv Municipality Department of Conservation, and planned by T.Segev D.Sokoletsky Architects

هيط بيت دينا شوشانا غولدبرغ وبني عام ١٩٢٩ على طراز الهندسة المعمارية بتصميم ۲۰ ارت - ديكو خطط المهندس المعماري بينحاس " ويتائير طراز الهندسة المعمارية للحركة العصرية الدولية تم الحفاظ على المبنى بحكم برنامج تخطيط المباني والحفاظ عليها ٢٦٥٠ ب ، ويقع في منطقة الإعلان من قبل اليونسكو ، منطقة ميدان بياليك . بني المبني على ارتفاع طابقين للسكن ويتميز بكتل بناء غير متماثلة ، مقاييس عامودية للنوافذ وحواجز درابزين حديدية بتصميم " آرت - ديكو " رقم المبنى عام 2013 من قبل شركة عزرا وبيصرون ، بامر من قسم الحفاظ على المباني في بلدية تل أبيب وبتخطيط ص . سيجف - د . سوكولتسكي للهندسة المعمارية
