The sign is on the wall of the building where Haim Gliksberg lived - painter, born in Pinsk, Belarus (1904-1970), immigrated to Israel in 1925.
He mainly painted landscape paintings of the city of Tel Aviv. He was a friend of the poet Haim Bialik and even published a book with personal details about Bialik.
Won the Dizengoff Prize for the art of painting and sculpture (1939, 1956).
