המבנה תוכנן על ידי אדר’ פנחס היט בשנת 1934 בשכונת "פועלי החשמל" כבנין מגורים מעל קומת קרקע מסחרית, בסגנון הבינלאומי. אדר’ פנחס היט התגורר בו עם משפחתו ומיקם לתקופה מסוימת את משרדו בחדר על הגג.
המבנה לשימור מתוקף תכנית השימור 2650ב’ וממוקם באזור ההכרזה של אונסק"ו.
המבנה המכונה "פינתי" אך ממוקם במגרש שאינו בפינת רחובות, מתאפיין בקווים נקיים ובמרפסות מעוגלות הנגרעות ממסת הבניין.
שומר בשנת 2015 על ידי אדריכל בני מולכו, תועד על ידי אדר’ אילן קדר וחביבה אבן. יזם הפרויקט מר רפיאזדה מהרדד.

This building was designed in 1934 using the international style by the architect Pinhas Hit. The building was located in a neighborhood of electric workers, and was designed for residential use. The ground floor was designed for commercial use. The Architect Pinhas Hit resided with his family in the building. His offices were located on the top floor.
The building was earmarked for restoration as part of the preservation plan known as 2650 B, and is located within the Unesco Conservation Zone.
Even though the building was not located on a street corner, it was named "Corner Building". The building is famous for its clean lines and round balconies which are a division of the total structure of the building. The building was restored to its original landmark looks in 2016 by Architect Beni Molko and was documented by the Architects llan Kedar and Haviva Even. The project was initiated by Rafiezadeh Mehrdad.

صمم المهندس المعماري بنحاس هيت المبني عام ١٩٣٤ في حي " عمال الكهرباء " كمبنى سكني فوق طابق أرضي تجاري على صمم المهندس المعماري بنحاس هيت في المبنى مع عائلته وأقام مكتبه على السطح لفترة معينة . أعلن عن المبنى الطراز الدولي . مكن المهندس المعماري بنحاس الصيانته والحفاظ عليه بحكم برنامج صيانة المباني ٢٦٥٠ ب ويقع في منطقة الإعلان من قبل اليونسكو . يُلقب المبنى بأنه " كني " لكنه يقع في ساحة ليست زاوية بين شارعين ، ويتميز بخطوط نظيفة وشرفات دائرية في داخل كتلة المبنى قام بصيانة المبنى المهندس المعماري بيني مولخو عام ٢٠١٦ ، وثقه المهندسان المعماريان إيلان كدار وحبيبة إيفن . المبادر للصيانة السيد رافيزاده مهرداد
