The sign is in the house where lived:
Zeev Baraban - actor and theater director. Born in Rohatyn, Austria (1897-1974), immigrated to Israel in 1920.
He played in the "HaOhel " theater when it was established (1925), and was there until its closure (1969), and was also a member of the theater’s management.
Was married to Deborah Kastelanitetz.

Deborah Kastelanitetz - actress, born in Stolin, Belarus (1905-1986), immigrated to Israel in 1925.
As soon as she immigrated, she joined the HaOhel Theater (which was actually the reason for her immigration to Eretz Israel), and played in the theater until its closure (1969).
She was the wife of Zeev Baraban

The house where the couple lived was part of the workers’ dormitories, buildings built on the initiative of the Histadrut, built in the international style and inhabited by Histadrut activists and artists
