Ferdinand Veike (1924-2015) - Estonian puppet theater operator who founded the Estonian National Puppet Theater.
The sign is located where the NUKU theater is today, and in 1952 the puppet theater was there.

Note that the signs show palms and eyes indicating the puppet theater.

Above the signs (in Estonian and English) appears the figure of Ferdinand Veike operating a puppet
