בית "רובינסקי - בראון" תוכנן בשנת 1932 על ידי האדריכלים יוסף וזאב ברלין, אב ובנו, בסגנון בינלאומי ושימש כבית מגורים. המבנה לשימור א’ מתוקף תכניות "לב העיר" וממוקם באזור ההכרזה של העיר הלבנה. בניין זה הוא דוגמא יוצאת דופן לעוצמה אקספרסיבית של ביטוי אדריכלי שניתן לקבל תוך שימוש במוטיבים המינימליסטים של הסגנון הבינלאומי. המבנה, אשר ממוקם על צומת הרחובות שד’ רוטשילד ורח’ מזא"ה, בנוי בקווים ישרים ונקיים וערוך על ציר סימטריה נוקשה. חדר המדרגות ממוקם בדיוק על הציר המרכזי שהוא גם פינת המבנה. החזיתות הפונות לשד’ רוטשילד ורחוב מזא"ה יוצרות רצף המשכי. ישנה הדגשה אופקית באמצעות קווים המשכיים בהם ממוקמים החלונות, פסים שקועים בטיח, שינוי גוון הטיח ומרפסות מאורכות. מערך המרפסות, חלקן שקועות וחלקן מובלטות מנפח הבניין מדגישות את חדר המדרגות האנכי.
המבנה תוכנן ושופץ בשנת 2013 על ידי בר אוריין אדריכלים.

The Rubinsky-Braun house was designed in 1932 by father son architects, Yosef and Ze’ev Berlin, in the international style, and was used for residential purposes. The building was earmarked for restoration as part of the Lev Ha’ir plans and is located in the conservation zone.
