The bridge that connects the right bank of the Seine with the left bank, through Ile Saint-Louis (one of the two islands in the river). The bridge built in 1876 and inaugurated in 1877 replaced two bridges that were for pedestrians. The bridge is named after Maximilien de Béthune, Duke of Sully who lived near the bridge (1560–1641).
The photo was taken from Ile Saint-Louis in the part connecting the island with the left bank of the Seine.
