"המחלבה"

המחלבה נבנתה בשנת 1956 לפי תכנון ובצוע של קבוצת הבנין שלנו. הרפתנים היו מביאים את כדי החלב על כתפיהם ושופכים את החלב לתוך קונוס מפח פנימה למחלבה, שם היו מקררים את החלב עד להעברתו ל"תנובה" ברחובות,
חלק מהחלב עובד ע"י העובדות לגבינות לבן ושמנת עבור המטבח, ב-1941 נבנתה תוספת לבית חרושת לקרח. המחלבה נסגרה בשנת 1955 עם המעבר למכון החליבה. והמקום הפך למחסן של הסניטריות. מאז 1984 מוסב המקום כחדר נשק וחדר המא"ז.

"The dairy"

The dairy was built in 1956 according to the planning and design of our building group. The dairy farmers would carry the milk jug on their shoulders and pour the milk into a tin cone inside the dairy, where they would cool the milk until it was transferred to the "Tnuva" in Rehovot.
Some of the milk is processed by the workers into Leben and cream cheeses for the kitchen, in 1941 an addition was built for an ice factory. The dairy was closed in 1955 with the move to the Milking Institute. And the place became a sanitary warehouse. Since 1984 the place has been used as a weapons room and the regional commander’s room.
