בית גורדון, מלון לונדון וחוות היענים הראשונה בארץ-ישראל
הבית, מהגדולים והמפוארים במושבה, הוקם בראשית שנות ה-90 של המאה התשע-עשרה על ידי אברהם זאב גורדון, איכר שהגיע מרחובות. חתנו של גורדון, שמואל צבי הולצמן, הקים בחצר הבית את חוות היענים הראשונה בארץ-ישראל (1907–1914). בבית ובמבנים שהיו בחצרו התגוררו גם מורי בית הספר ושומרי המושבה. בשנת 1922 שכרו אהרן ורוזה לונדון את הקומה העליונה והקימו בה מלון ובית אוכל, שפעלו עד שנת 1934. אחר כך שימשה הקומה העליונה למגורים, ובחדר המרכזי בה התקיימו נשפים וחתונות, מועדון חברתי "אזר עם", מועדון רוטרי ובית כנסת לעולי גרמניה. בקומה התחתונה שכנו לצד דירות המגורים גם שען וחנות כלי בית.
הבית נרכש עבור המוזאון על ידי עיריית ראשון-לציון. תהליכי השיקום והשימור נעשו במימון העירייה ומשרד ירושלים ומורשת. בבית המפואר נחשפו ושומרו ציורי קיר. אדריכל שימור: אמיר שוהם.
בקומה הראשונה שוכנת הגלריה העירונית לאמנות עכשווית, והקומה העליונה מוקדשת לתצוגות של מוזאון ראשון-לציון. הבית מוכרז לשימור.

Gordon House, London Hotel, and the Land of Israel’s First Ostrich Farm
The house, one of the settlement’s largest and most lavish, was built in the early 1890s by Avraham Zev Gordon, a farmer who joined the settlement from Rehovot.
His son-in-law, Shmuel Zvi Holtzman, set up the first ostrich farm in the back yard (1907-1914). The home and buildings in the court also housed the school’s teachers and the settlement’s guards. In 1922, Aharon and Rosa London rented the upper floor and established a hotel and dining hall there. It operated until 1934. Later the upper floor served as residential space. The central room was used for balls and weddings, as the "Azar Am" social club, as the Rotary Club and as a synagogue for Jewish immigrants from Germany. The lower floor served as living space, a housewares shop and a watchmaker. Rishon LeZion Municipality purchased the structure and together with the Ministry of Jerusalem and Heritage, funded its restoration and preservation. The wall paintings in the house were restored. Conservation architect: Amir Shoham. Currently the lower floor houses the municipal gallery of contemporary art and the upper holds Rishon LeZion Museum exhibitions.
The building has been declared a preservation heritage site.
