The Grocery store In the early days of the moshav, the Grocery store was located in one of the agencys houses that had not yet been filled. (Amram Levys house) The groceries were transported from Tel Aviv to the moshav on a truck once a week. They mainly consisted of basic commodities such as oil, flour, rice, laundry soap, etc. (The milk, chicken and eggs were self-produced) The first employees of the consumer were Yitzhak Engel and Gabriel Shmoelov.
In 1949 Vitali Eis joined them. Engel retired in 1963. and Vitali in 1978.
In 1952 when the moshav grew and the place was too narrow to accommodate, the new Grocery store was built in its current location.
Over the years, the consumer has undergone several renovations. Today, the grocery store, sometimes called the grocer, serves close to a thousand residents.
