בית אברהם גולדברג תוכנן ונבנה בשנים 1933-1939 על ידי האדריכל שלמה גפשטיין כבניין מגורים בן שלוש קומות בסגנון הבינלאומי. המבנה הוכרז לשימור מתוקף תוכנית השימור 2650 ב’ וממוקם באזור ההכרזה כאתר מורשת תרבות עולמית על ידי אונסק"ו. האלמנטים האדריכליים האופייניים לתקופה: כניסה לבניין מחלקה השקוע של החזית הראשית כך שנוצרת חצר קדמית ומבואת כניסה למבנה. מרפסות זיזיות עם גגוני בטון היוצרים קומפוזיציה בדגש אופקי של החזיתות. כמו כן מרפסות השמש הפתוחות הינן מאפיין מובהק של סגנון זה ומסמלות את הפתיחות של חיי החברה בתל אביב והצורך בקשר בלתי-אמצעי בין הדירה לרחוב.
המבנה שומר בשנים 2015-2020 ועליו נוספו שתי קומות חדשות (בסגנון הבניה המקורי) על ידי אדריכל הפרויקט אלישע רובין ואדריכל השימור איל זיו.

The Abraham Goldberg House was designed and built between 1933-1939 by architect Shlomo Gaffstein as a three-story residential building in the International Style. The building was declared for Conservation under the Conservation Plan 2650B and is located in the Declaration Area as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The structure is typical of architecture of the period: the entrance to the main facade forms a front yard and access to the building spacious balconies with concrete roofs creating a composition with a horizontal emphasis on the facades. The open sun balconies are a distinctive feature of this style and signify the openness of social life in Tel Aviv and the need for direct connection between the apartments and the street.
The building was maintained in 2015-2020 and two new floors were added (in the original building style) by the project Architect, Elisha Rubin and conservation Architect Eyal Ziv.

خطط وبنى المهندس المعماري شلومو غفشتاين بيت أفراهام غولدبرغ خلال الأعوام ۱۹۳۳- ۱۹۳۹ کمبنى سكني مكون من ثلاثة طوابق على الطراز الدولي . أعلن عن المبنى للصيانة بحكم برنامج صيانة المباني والحفاظ عليها ٢٦٥٠ ب ، ويقع في منطقة الإعلان كموقع تراث ثقافي عالمي من قبل اليونسكو . العناصر المعمارية المميزة لتلك الفترة : مدخل للمبنى من القسم المغمور للواجهة الرئيسية بحيث تتشكل ساحة أمامية ومدخل فناء لدخول المبنى ، شرفات ناتنة ذات أسطح من الباطون والتي تشكل تركيبة مع بروز أفقي للواجهات . كما أن شرفات الشمس المفتوحة هي سمة مميزة لهذا الطراز وترمز إلى انفتاح الحياة الاجتماعية في تل أبيب والحاجة إلى علاقة مباشرة بين الشقة والشارع . تمت صيانة المبنى خلال الأعوام ٢٠١٥-۲۰۲۰ وأضيف إليه طابقان جديدان ( على طراز البناء الأصلي ) من قبل المهندس المعماري للمشروع إليشاع روبين والمهندس المعماري للصيانة إيال زيف .
