בית גוטבלט נבנה בשנים 1933-1934 ותוכנן על ידי האדריכל פ.ביז’ונסקי כבנין מגורים בן 3 קומות מעל פני הרחוב וקומת מגורים חלקית מתחת למפלס הרחוב בהתאם לטופוגרפיה.
המבנה הוכרז לשימור מתוקף תוכנית השימור וממוקם באזור ההכרזה כאתר מורשת תרבות עולמית על ידי אונסק"ו.
הבנין תוכנן בסגנון בינלאומי, בצורה א-סימטרית והוא מפנה מרפסות מעוגלות לכוון צומת הרחובות פינסקר ובן יהודה.
בחזיתות המבנה קומפוזיציה בהדגשה אופקית המתקבלת על ידי מרפסות תלויות המודגשות על ידי אדנים בולטים ופתחים הממוקמים במגרעתאופקית, היוצרים אפקט של חלון סרט. חלל המדרגות הראשי מודגש על ידי חלון טרמומטר ומהווה ציר אנכי בחזית הראשית.
המבנה שומר בשנת 2013-2015 על ידי עדי כיטוב אדריכלות ושימור, זיוה גרינשפן מהנדסים, אוגיני קוסטובצקי ושור יזמות בע"מ.

The Gutblat House was built in 1933-1934, designed by architect P.Bijonsky as a residence with three floors above street level, and a partial residential level below street level, in accordance with topography. The building was marked for preservation by the Tel Aviv municipality, and is located within a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The building was designed in the International style, in an asymmetrical shape, and its rounded balconies face the intersection of Pinsker and Ben Yehuda streets.
The main stairwell space is emphasized by a thermometer window, which creates a vertical axis on the front façade.
The building was renovated in 2013-2015 by Adi Kitov Architecture and Preservation, Zeeva Greenspan Engineers, Eugene Kostovetsky and Shor Yazamut Ltd

يتي بيت جوطبلط خلال العامين ۱۹۳۳ - ۱۹۳٤ وخططه المهندس المعماري ف . بيجونسكي كمبنى سكني مكون من ثلاثة طوابق فوق سطح الشارع وطابق سكني جزئي تحت سطح الشارع وفقاً للطبوغرافيا اعلن عن المبنى للحفاظ عليه بحكم برنامج ترميم المباني والحفاظ عليها ويقع في منطقة الإعلان كموقع تراث عالمي من قبل اليونسكو . خطط المبني على الطراز الدولي ، بشكل غير متماثل ، وتتجه منه شرفات مستديرة باتجاه مفرق شارعي بينسكر وبن يهودا شباك ميزان حراري يُبرز حيّز الدرج الرئيسي ويشكل محوراً عمودياً في الواجهة الرئيسية على ترميم المباني والحفاظ عليه خلال الأعوام ۲۰۱۵ - ۲۰۱۳ عادي كيطوب للهندسة المعمارية والحفاظ على المباني ، مكتب أشرف المهندسين زويا جرينشبن ، او جيني كوسطوبسكي وشور للمبادرات م . ض .
