הייתה מחנכת , מורה ופעילת חינוך חרדית , סופרת יידיש ומחזאית. היא לא הייתה מוכנה לקבל את מצב חינוך הבנות בתקופתה, וביוזמה פורצת דרך, ייסדה את רשת בתי הספר והסמינרים "בית יעקב" לחינוך חרדי לבנות.
היא הייתה אישה אמיצה ומהפכנית שהקדימה את זמנה וחיברה את הבנות במזרח אירופה ליהדות עצמה באמצעות חינוך ולימוד מיוחד להן.

سارة شنيرر (1935-1883) كانت معلمة ومربية وناشطة تربوية حريدية ، وكاتبة بالييديش ومؤلفة مسرحيات . مؤسسة شبكة بيت يعقوب لتعليم الفتيات الحريديات .
ولدت شنيررفي كراكوف لعائلة متدينة من أتباع بيلز من الطبقة المتوسطة الدنيا وبدأت العمل كخياطة محترفة في سن مبكرة للمساعدة في اقتصاد الأسرة ولكنها بالتوازي مع عملها أكملت دراستها في التربية وعلوم اليهودية
جاء قرار شنيرر بإنشاء مدارس للبنات في ذلك الوقت نتيجة للحاجة الضرورية في حينه .

Unable to accept the reality of girls’ education at the time in Eastern Europe, with groundbreaking initiative set up the network of Beit Yaakov schools and seminars for ultra orthodox girls. A brave and revolutionary woman, ahead of her time, she provided the link for Eastern European girls with their Judaism through their particular methods of study and teaching.

"Haviva Netiva and Aviva" route - a route located on Palmach Street in Jerusalem and commemorates the Palmach and especially the heroines of the Palmach.

There are several types of signs on the track, the current sign is a sign as part of "heroine signs".
