בית משה ויסמן - רח’ אחד העם 4
בשנת 1934 תכננו האדריכלים בנימין אוראל ויחזקאל זוהר בית דירות להשכרה בשכונת הטכניקום ההיסטורית, על מגרש צר לכיוון הרחוב. אוראל וזוהר יצרו תכנית המורכבת משני אגפים מחוברים שנבנו בהפרש של שלוש שנים, עם מאפיינים אלכסוניים ומרפסות עגולות משוקעות בחזיתות הבניין. קומת הכניסה בנויה על עמודים עגולים ומובילה לשני חדרי מדרגות מוארים בעלי אלמנט אנכי מזכוכית משני צדיו. חזית המבנה בגמר טיח וצבע, בהתאם לסגנון הבינלאומי.
המבנה הוכרז לשימור בשנת 2007 במסגרת סקר שימור שנערך למבנים שתוכננו על ידי אוראל וזוהר בחיפה.

بيت موشيه فيسمان - شارع إحادهعام 4
صقم المهندسان المعماريان بنيامين أورئيلويحزكيل زوهر ، عام 1934 ، مبنى شقق للإيجار في حي " التخنيكوم التاريخي على قطعة ضيقة من الأرض في اتجاه الشارع . رسم أورئيل وزوهر خارطة مكونة من جناحين موصولين بنيا بفارق ثلاث سنوات واحدا عن الآخر ، مع مميزات قطرية وشرفات مستديرة منحدرة في واجهات المبنى . طابق المدخل مبني من أعمدة مستديرة وهو يؤدي إلى مطلعي درج مضاءين تؤي عنصر عمودي من الزجاج من جانبيه ، بفعل الخطوط القطرية . واجهة المبنى بتشطيب قصارة ودهان بموجب الأسلوب العالمي ( باوهاوس ) .
أعين المبنى للحفاظ التاريخي عام 2007 ، وذلك في إطار استطلاع حفاظ تاريخي أجري للمباني التي صممها أورئيل وزوهر في حيفا .

Moshe Weissman House - 4 Ahad Ha’am St.
In 1934, architects Binyamin Orell and Yehezkel Zohar designed an apartment house for rent in the historic Technikum neighborhood, on a narrow plot facing the street. Orell and Zohar created a plan consisting of two interconnected wings built three years apart, with diagonal features and streamlined balconies merging into the building’s flanks.
The entrance floor with its round pillars leads to two illuminated stairwells with a vertical glass element on either side. The façade of the building is clad with plaster and paint, in conformity with the International Style.
Declared as a protected structure in 2007 during a conservation survey of buildings designed by Orell and Zohar in Haifa.
