MARTIN PAUSER HOUSE Built in 1880 by the Templar baker Martin Pauser, in which he ran his bakery and candy store. In the back he had his ice and ice cream factory. During the 1948 war in Jerusalem, women and children from the near-by Kibbutz Ramat Rachel found here refuge from the intense battles.
The sign shape is rectangular but its head is designed according to the silhouette of the old building of the Gymnasia Herzliya, which serves as a logo of the Council for the Preservation of Heritage Sites in Israel
