כרמיה 13 | کريمييه ۱۳ | Cremieux 13

המבנה ברחוב כרמיה נבנה בשנת 1935 ותוכנן על ידי אדריכל י. מיטלמן. סגנון הבנייה של הבניין המקורי אופייני לתקופת מעבר בין תכנון על-פי מסורות קלאסיות לבין תכנון בהתאם לסגנון הבינלאומי המקומי. הבניין נמצא בתחום תכנית לב העיר ועיקר ייחודו של הבניין במרקם האורבאני בו הוא ממוקם ותפקידו במערך העירוני.

The building at 13 Cremieux Street was built in 1935 and designed by architect J. Mittelman. The construction style of the original building is typical of a period of transition between classical traditions and local International Style. The building is located in the heart of the city plan and its uniqueness stems from the urban texture in which it is located and its role in the urban layout.

بني المبني في شارع کريمييه ۱۳ عام ۱۹۳٥ وخططه المهندس المعماري ي . ميطل من أسلوب بناء المبنى الأصلي تمونجي للفترة الانتقالية بين التخطيط وفقا النمط الكلاسيكي وبين التخطيط وفقا للطراز الدولي المحلي . يقع المبني في منطقة مختلط قلب المدينة وأكثر ما يميزه هو النعيج العراقي الحضري الذي يقع فيه ودوره في المنظومة البلدية . تخطيط المشروع : بنیٹ پردو مهندسون معماریونر إدارة ورقابة : يكير أوری
