Translation of the text on the sign:

The Bakery
The bakery is well remembered, for the pleasant smell it spread around it, for the fresh bread every morning, for the wonderfully braided Shabbat challahs and especially for the Shabbat cakes filled with sweetened cocoa-chocolate.

The bakery operated from 1942 until 1979. Among the bakers were the members: Haim Eisner, Eli Buchaster, Yechiel Gross, Zelig Lang, Mordechai Levy, Yehoshua Schreiber and with them the hired baker Mordechai Fish.
