בית מג’דלני
משפחת מג’דלני נמנתה עם המשפחות החשובות בין ערביי חיפה הנוצרים. בני המשפחה היו סוחרים, בעלי בתים ופקידי מינהל ציבורי. בית המגורים הזה והבניין הסמוך לו (מס ’ 1) הוקמו בשנות ה -20 ועוצבו בסגנון המשלב יסודות מודרניים ואירופיים עם פרטים וקישוטים מזרחיים ומסורתיים. המבנה נרכש בידי חברת "אמי מתום" - מהנדסים ויועצים בע"מ, והיא שיפצה ושימרה אותו ב -2002.

The Magdalani Home
The Magdalani Family included merchants, real estate owners and public officials, and was one of the more important Christian Arab families in Haifa. This building and the one adjacent to it (no. 1) were erected in the 1920s and designed in a style combining modern European elements with traditional oriental decorations. The building was acquired by the Amy-Metom Engineers and consultant’s ltd., which renovated and restored the structure in 2002.

نشط ابناء عائلة مجدلاني في أعمال التجارة والخدمات الإدارية ، وامتلكوا ببوا ومحلات . واعتبرت من العائلات العربية المسيحية الهامة في حيفا شبد هذا المبنى في سنوات العمثرين والمبنى المجاور له ( رفما ) ف ) في الثلاثينات . وصمم وفق طراز يدمج بين أسس عمرانية اوروبية حديئة وزخارف شرفية تراثية . إشترت شركة " أمي منوم " المبنى ورمته عام ٢٠٠٢ .

The sign shape is rectangular but its head is designed according to the silhouette of the old building of the Gymnasia Herzliya, which serves as a logo of the Council for the Preservation of Heritage Sites in Israel
