בית חברת "פרדס" תוכנן בשנת 1931 ע"י האדריכל זכי שלוש כבניין משרדים בהשראת סגנון האר-דקו, עבור חברת "פרדס". המבנה הוכרז לשימור מתוקף תכנית השימור, 2650 ב ’ וממוקם באזור ההכרזה כאתר מורשת תרבות עולמית ע"י אונסק"ו. "פרדס" הינה האגודה הקואופרטיבית הראשונה עבור פרדסנים שנוסדה בארץ. יסוד אגודה זו והנהגתו בידי שמעון רוקח שינה את פני ההתיישבות החקלאית והביא אותה ממצב של תלות פיננסית בפקידי הברון למצב של עצמאות כלכלית. המבנה מתאפיין בסגנון בניה הנמצא על קו התפר בין האדריכלות האקלקטית של שנות ה -20 והסגנון הבינלאומי שפרח בשנות ה-30, סגנון זה בא לידי ביטוי בחזית תיאטרלית כוללת הדגשות של קווים ומשטחים אנכיים ואופקיים.
המבנה עבר הליך של שימור ותוספת של 2 קומות ואגף אחורי בשנת 2020 ע"י משרד נאור מימר אדריכלות ושימור בע"מ.

Levontin 5 was designed in 1931 by the architect Zaki Chelouche as an office building inspired by the Art Deco style, for the Pardes company. The building was designated for preservation under the Conservation Plan 2650b and is located in the area declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. "Pardes" was the first cooperative association for orchardists founded in Israel. The establishment of this association and its leadership by Shimon Rokach, changed the face of the agricultural settlement and brought it from a state of financial dependence on the officials of the Baron (de Rothschild), to economic independence. The building is characterized by a style on the seam-line between the Eclectic Architectural Style of the 1920s and the International Style that flourished in the 1930s. This style is expressed in a theatrical facade accentuating dramatic vertical and horizontal lines and surfaces. The building underwent the process of preservation and addition of two floors and a rear wing in 2020 by the office of Naor Mimar Architecture and Conservation Ltd.

خطط المهندس المعماري زكي شلوش بيت شركة " بربس بیارة " عام ١٩٣١ کمپنی مکاتب بإيحاء طراز آرت ديكو لشركة " بزی بیارة " . أعلن عن المبنى للصيانة بحكم برنامج الحفاظ على المباني ٢٦٥٠ ب ، ويقع في منطقة إعلان المكان كموقع تراث عالمي من قبل اليونسكو " بزیم بیارة " هي الجمعية التعاونية الأولى التي تأسست في البلاد لمزارعي البيارات . تاسيس هذه الجمعية وإدارتها من قبل شمعون روكح غير وجه الاستيطان الزراعي ونقله من وضع الاعتماد المالي على موظفي البارون إلى الاستقلال الاقتصادي . يتميز المبنى باسلوب بناء موجود على خط التماس بين الهندسة المعمارية الأكلكتية لسنوات العشرينيات والطراز الدولي الذي ازدهر في سنوات الثلاثينيات ، وينعكس هذا الطراز في واجهة العرض التي تشمل إبرازة للخطوط والمساحات العامودية والأفقية مر المبنى بعملية صيانة وإضافة طابقين ووحدة خلفية عام ٢٠٢٠ من قبل مكتب نزور ميمار للهندسة المعمارية وصيانة المباني مض .
