Meaning of the name:
The vineyard is planted on the northern bank of Nahal (river) Shaham. The source of Nahal Shaham is 1 km west of the settlement of Carmei Yosef, the stream curves moderately south, passes through the Hulda Forest, passes north to the settlement of Mishmar David and empties into Nahal Sorek.
