About the Artist: Yaacov Agam - Born in Rishon Lezion, Israel (1928), a sculpture specializing in kinetic art, and works that change with a change in the viewer view. His well-known work is The Fountain in Dizengoff Square ("Water and Fire") which has generated many controversies for positive and negative.
