Born in Tel Aviv, Israel (1924-2001). Studied architecture at the Haifa Technion, Israel. The son of the well-known architect Zeev Rechter Winner of the Israel Prize in 1972. He designed a number of well-known buildings, including Gan Yaakov , Namir Square (Atarim), Beit Clal, Hilton and Sheraton Hotels in Tel Aviv and with his father the Heichal HaTarbut (the Hall of Culture) building and the Helena Rubinstein Museum of Contemporary Art , both in the HaTarbut Square in Tel Aviv .
