גן יעקב - 1963 | حديقة يعقوب | Ya’akov’s garden - 1963

גן יעקב תוכנן בשנת 1963 ע"י רכטר זרחי פרי אדריכלים בשיתוף מנהל מח’ הנטיעות מר אברהם קרוון. הגן תוכנן כהמשך ארכיטקטוני של אודיטוריום היכל התרבות ומוזיאון הלנה רובינשטיין סביב שלושה עצי שקמה היסטוריים. מערכת מורכבת של מפלסים אפשרה חיבור זורם באמצעות רמפות, מדרגות ומדרונות מגוננים אל תוך לובי היכל התרבות והרחובות הסובבים. בגן שולבה בריכת מים, כאשר ברקע ציור קיר גדול של איוון שוובל המתאר את נופי העיר ובתיה.
פרס רוקח הוענק לגן יעקב בשנת 1965. בשנת 2010 הגן שוקם תוך יצירת חיבור חדש בין שדרות רוטשילד ושדרות חן דרכו ואל כיכר התרבות החדשה בתכנונו של הפסל דני קרוון. שחזור ושימור: ת.מ.א. - אדריכל אחראי ליטל סמוק פביאן. מהנדס שימור: ש.מ.מ - מהנדס אחראי משה ממון.

Gan Yaacov was conceived by Rechter Zarhy Peri architects in collaboration with city’s landscape architect Avraham Karavan. The garden conceived as the architectural urbanistic continuation of the F.R. Mann Auditorium and the Helena Rubinstein art gallery around the central motif of three ancient and untouchable sycamore trees, a whole system of levels made it possible to connect in a natural flow through ramps, stairs, planted sloping areas, the foyer of the concert hall with the main square and the surrounding streets. A fountain was integrated in the garden, with a large mural by Ivan Schwebel depicting the city’s landscape in its background. In 1965, Gan Yaacov was awarded the Rokach prize in the year 2010 the garden went through a restoration of its historical elements, while offering a new path that better connects Chen and Rothchild boulevards through a new plaza designed by the sculptor Dani Karavan. خطط المهتدون المعماريون وحقره زرجي . بيري حديقة بعقوب عام ١٩٦٣ بالتعاون مع مدير قسم الزراعة السيد ابراهيم كرفان . خططت الحديقة كإستمرارية هندسية لقاعة المبنى الثقافي ومتحف هيلينا روبنشتاين حول ثلاث أشجار جميز تاريخية المنظومة المركبة من مسطحات مكنت الربط المنساب بواسطة مقاطع مائلة درج ومنحدرات مستحكمة إلى داخل قاعة المبنى الثقافي والشوارع المحيطة ، دمجت في المدينة بركة ماء وفي خلفيتها لوحة جدارية كبيرة للرسام إيفان شويبيل نعرض مناظر المدينة وبيوتها مُنحت جائرة روكاح لمدينة بعقوب عام ١٩٦٥ . تم ترميم الحديقة عام ٢٠١٠ بحيث يمر عبر الحديقة طريق يربط بين جادة روتشيلد وجادة حين حتى ميدان المركز الثقافي الجديد الذي صممه الفنان داني كرفان . إعادة تصميم الحديقة والحفاظ عليها : تم أ . مهندس معماري مسؤول : لبطال سموك فابيان مهندس الحفاظ على الحديفة : ش . م . م - مهندس مسؤول موشبه مامون -
