Studied architecture in Berlin.
He initially worked in Jerusalem in the Public Works Department of the British Mandate Government. After that, he also worked in Haifa and Tel Aviv.
Well-known houses associated with it, a credit bank in Tel Aviv (now the Bank of Israel), the Histadrut House in Jerusalem and more.
