Born in Berlin, Germany (1891-1980), he immigrated to Israel in 1923. Studied architecture in Berlin. He initially worked in Jerusalem in the Public Works Department of the British Mandate Government. After that, he also worked in Haifa and Tel Aviv. Well-known houses associated with it, a credit bank in Tel Aviv (now the Bank of Israel), the Histadrut House in Jerusalem and more.
