The sign is on the fence of the house where he lived - Misha Ashrov, actor and theater director, born in Samarkand, Uzbekistan (1924-2003), immigrated to Israel in 1933.
He studied acting at the "Habima" theater, and after years returned to the theater and participated in dozens of plays. Together with his wife, he founded a children’s and youth theater called BIMMA.
Awarded with "Freedom of the City of Tel Aviv", won the Lifetime Achievement Award on behalf of the Israel Theater Academy
The sign was placed in 2013.
